Autoconfirmed users on other wikis are users who have stayed and edited the wiki for a while, and are given more rights. On this wiki, the right is automatically given to all editors.
Privileges
Autoconfirmed users are only given the autoconfirmed right. This right allows editors to edit pages protected at the "semi-protected" level. Also, the page can be protected from being moved at the semi-protected level, in which case autoconfirmed users would be able to move the page.
Demographics
On this wiki, this right is given instantly after an account has been accepted and created. This is because the act of confirming the account will already signify that the user has less chance to causing negative edits on the wiki. In other words, all confirmed accounts will start out with the 'user' and 'autoconfirmed' user right.
