To download Scratch 1.4, first go to the scratch 1.4 downloads.
Windows Download
Simply click "ScratchInstaller1.4.exe".
This will download the installer into your downloads folder. Next go double click the installer in its folder.
Scratch will start installing
Click "Next" where you will then chose where you want scratch to store its files to run.
Click Next again and choose what you want its name when you look for it in the start menu. The default value, "Scratch", is recommended.
Scratch will then begin to install in the destination you choose. Once it finishes it will come up with this. Just click "Next".
Finally, check the checkboxes whether or not you want scratch to open when you finish and if you want a desktop shortcut to Scratch.
