An example of a network wide ban on Scratch 2.0? From school (where the ban is), I can still access the website, but cannot participate in the community. When attempting to post a comment, forum post, or edit a text field on a project/profile - this message box shows up and the changes are not accepted. At home where I'm on a different network, I can use Scratch normally from the same account.
